With effect from December 30, 2009, preferred stocks of "Armenian Development Bank" ojsc admitted to trading on the free C market of NASDAQ OMX Armenia will be assigned new exchange ticker symbol: ZHBKPC.

Until now, preferred stocks of "Armenian Development Bank" ojsc were traded under ZHBKP4 ticker symbol.

Ticker symbol changes are related to the process of accession by the Central Depository of Armenia to the Association of National Numbering Agencies (ANNA): to become a Member of the Association, the Depository is to review all securities identification codes assigned to Armenian securities and to bring them in compliance with the ISO 6166 standard.

The second issue of VALLETTA LLC bonds (VALTB2) with total value of AMD 500 million is redeemed on December 26, 2009. The bonds were traded in the free Cbond market of NASDAQ OMX Armenia.

On December 22, 2009, the Central Bank of Armenia registered the new version of "Tariff Rules" of the Central Depository of Armenia. The full text of the rules is accessible from the Depository Rules section of our website.

ARARATBANK ojsc bonds (ARBKB2) with total value of AMD 400 million will be redeemed on December 24, 2009. Payment of the last coupon will be performed on December 23, 2009.

The bonds are currently included in the Bbond list of NASDAQ OMX Armenia and will remain traded on the exchange until the close of the market on December 23, 2009.

Please be informed that pursuant to Government resolution NASDAQ OMX Armenia and Central Depository of Armenia will be closed on Friday, January 8, 2010, but will instead be open for business on Saturday, December 26, 2009.  

Please also note that according to the recent amendments in the Armenian Law "On Official Holidays and Memorial Days", January 1-7 of each year starting 2010 will be non-business days. 2010 holiday schedule for the Exchange and the Depository can be obtained here.

The bonds are currently admitted to trading in the free Cbond market of NASDAQ OMX Armenia and will remain traded on the exchange until the close of the market on December 4, 2009.
