Amendments to NASDAQ OMX Armenia "Rules on Credit Market Clearing" have been registered by the Central Bank of Armenia.

Andrus Alber appointed member of the Supervisory Boards of NASDAQ OMX Armenia and Central Depository of Armenia.

The appointment is effective starting July 1, 2010, when Central Bank of Armenia relevant decision came into force. Mr. Alber is currently the Chairman of the Management Board of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn stock exchange and the Chairman of the Supervisory Council of the Estonian Central Securities Depository. Mr. Alber's short bio can be found under Supervisory Board section of this website.

With Mr. Alber’s appointment, Johan Fredholm’s status of the member of the Supervisory Board of the Central Depository of Armenia will be terminated, as he assumes a new appointment after serving OMX AB, then NASDAQ OMX for nearly 10 years. Mr. Fredholm will, however, continue as a member of the Supervisory Board of NASDAQ OMX Armenia.
